Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would of course find that very unfortunate. We would like to get in touch to find a suitable solution.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the original condition that you received them.
Send us an email with your order number, your name and the items you would like to return with the reason for return. You will receive a message from us with instructions for the return shipment. It is also possible to withdrawal form to complete and send.
Once the items have been shipped and received by us, you will receive an email with a receipt. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed. This is usually processed within a few business days after which the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
In case of breakage or other damage upon delivery, it is of utmost importance that you take a photo of the packaging before opening the package. We would also like to receive a photo of the opened package, in which the damaged item is clearly visible.
Please note: Our return policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. After this period, it is no longer possible to use our return policy.
Warranty
Douxe provides a one or two year factory warranty for all its products. The warranty only applies to the first owner of the product and if an original and valid proof of purchase can be shown. The warranty does not apply if the product has become defective due to your own fault or incorrect use. Read the general terms and conditions to read all exclusions regarding the warranty.
In case of a suspected defect, first contact us via info@douxe.nl and provide a valid proof of purchase. If after examination it appears that the product is defective, we may ask you to send the defective product. If the product is under warranty, we will send a new product or repair the defective product.
