Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are of course very sorry. We would be happy to get in touch to find a suitable solution.

To qualify for a return, it is important that the items are unused and in their original condition as you received them.

Send us an e-mail with the order number, your name and the items you would like to return. You will receive a message from us with return instructions. It is also possible to fill in and send the withdrawal form. Please note that the costs for the return are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.

As soon as the items have been sent and received by us, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of receipt. If the return has been approved, a refund will be issued. This is usually processed within a few days after which the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

In case of breakage or other damage upon delivery, it is extremely important that you take a photo of the package before opening it. We would also like to receive a photo of the opened package, clearly showing the damaged item.

Please note: Our return policy applies until 14 days after purchase. After this period, it is no longer possible to use our return policy.
