Shipping policy
Once you have placed an order via the webshop and we have received notification of payment, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. From then on, we will start working on your order!
All orders are shipped with PostNL. As soon as the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code.
Delivery time
Usually the parcel is delivered to the specified delivery address within 1-2 working days (unless a different delivery date is indicated on the product page). PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 and 21:30. We do our best to have the order delivered as soon as possible. Should delivery be seriously delayed or should an item unexpectedly be out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Not at home?
The deliverer will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours or the parcel will be taken to a PostNL point nearby. A card with a 'non-home code' will be left in the letterbox. With this code, you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your parcel.
Broken or seriously damaged parcel on delivery?
If so, please contact us immediately and unpack the product as little as possible. We would like to receive a photo of the (un)opened parcel, in which the damage is clearly visible.
